We have a dedicated telephone answer machine for repeat prescriptions, this is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please clearly state your name, date of birth, list the medications you require and please let us know which pharmacy you wish your prescriptions to be sent too. Repeat Prescriptions will be sent directly to your chosen pharmacy unless advised otherwise. Please allow 4 working days prior to collecting your prescription from the pharmacy. The telephone number is 01475 50 60 35. You can also hand or post in requests for your repeat prescriptions to our reception desk.
Please allow 4 working days after ordering your prescription to collect from your chosen pharmacy.
Please note that if you want we can post your prescriptions out to you if you enclose a stamped self addressed envelope.
We are keen to ensure that patients with ongoing medical problems are monitored regularly. If the date for your next review with a doctor or nurse has passed you will be asked to make an appointment.
