House visits are only available for patients who are housebound due to illness or disability.
If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will arrange for you to be seen by our associated ANPs or GP.
Our practice nurse will telephone you back to assess your medical need.
Sometimes it is more appropriate for a patient to come to the surgery where we have the necessary equipment.
We will endeavour to call you first to obtain more information and understand what you need.

- visit the Practice and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open.
