There are many things you can do online at our Practice. Some tasks you can do using a website called Patient Access where you can:

• Request a repeat prescription

Using GP Engage Health

Some tasks you can do using a website called GP Engage Health where you can:

• Request a continuation of a sick (fit) note
• Submit a medication review request
• Request a GP private letter
• Send us your height, weight or blood pressure readings

Setting up Patient Access

To set up Patient Access for the first time:

• Visit the Practice with photo ID so we can confirm your identity
• We will give you a username and password

Setting up a GP Engage Health account

• Visit the GP Engage Health website and set up your account.
• You can then use the services provided
• Apps are available for Android or Apple phones.
