Catchment area
Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.
Our Practice covers the following Postcode Areas: PA14, PA14 5, PA14 6 (Including Langbank) and PA15 2.
If you move to an area out with these postcode areas, you will need to register with a different practice.
Find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS inform website.
However, we would ask that for continuity of patient care, i.e. having to travel long distances to the practice during adverse weather conditions that you may consider registering with a practice closer to your home address such that there is no barrier to patient care during these times.
To register with the Practice:
- Download an online registration form from the NHS inform website
- Visit reception when we are open and collect a paper registration form
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS or CHI number.
New patients registered with our practice will be asked to attend for a new patient medical with our practice nurse or healthcare assistant to enable safe continuity of your care.
