The easiest way to order repeat prescriptions is by using your Patient Access account:
This shows you all your repeat medicine and dosage and you can choose the ones you need.

You can also:
- Phone our dedicated answering machine on 01475 506035 at any time. Please clearly state your name, date of birth and the medication you require, plus the name of your Pharmacy that you wish your prescriptions to be sent to.
- Bring the paper form to the Practice, when we are open.
- Post the form to us. Please enclose a stamped self address envelope so we can post your prescription back to you.
We do not accept repeat prescription requests by email.
