A new Weigh to Go programme for 12-15 year olds has been devised. Due to slimming world no longer supporting 12-15. This new nurse led programme offers weekly support appointments over 24 weeks. The 16-18 year old programme remains as before.

- Weigh to Go runs fortnightly from Greenock Health & Care Centre and Inverclyde Community Development Trust 3-5.30pm
- 12-15 year olds for 24 weeks support from a nurse led programme.
- 16-18 year olds can have free access to Slimming World and nurse support at key intervals in the programme.
